Tanaka Farms Pumpkin Patch

Cost: $16 per student (includes pumpkin)
$6 per parent + $6 more for a pumpkin
Please send in the signed permission slip and cash donation as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you'd like to join us! I have room for one parent on the bus and all others will need to meet us there!
